For each property, Solar confirms the operating model in writing: which management partner runs daily operations, who signs the agreement, who receives guest payments, who approves expenses and how owner reports are delivered.

Solar works with villas from 1-bedroom units to larger estates across Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur. The right operator is selected by property type, location, service level and reporting requirements.

You receive detailed monthly reports covering occupancy, revenue, expenses, and net profit. Payments are transferred to your account on a monthly cycle. You have full transparency through our reporting system — every rupiah is accounted for.
