Solar Property Bali works above daily management companies: we prepare the asset, define the commercial model, choose the right operator, supervise standards and protect the owner reporting flow. Ateyero, formerly Vsemdom, is one of the daily-operations partners, not a replacement for Solar.

Owner reports should include revenue, expenses, occupancy, payouts, maintenance approvals and operator notes. Solar reviews the reporting layer with the owner.

Guest Operations

Check-in, guest support and review handling are executed by the assigned operator under Solar supervision and owner-side reporting standards.
